Rasayana · Yogavahi

Classified in Ayurveda as a Rasayana.

The resin is a classical Rasayana formula: Himalayan shilajit with five named herbs, finished with edible gold leaf. Each herb is named in classical Rasayana formulations.

Shilajit’s fulvic acid is described in Ayurveda as Yogavahi — a carrier substance that the classical texts pair with other herbs within a formulation.

How to take it

A daily ritual.

A pea-sized amount (approximately 300–500 mg) dissolved in warm — not boiling — water, milk, or herbal tea. Excessive heat degrades fulvic acid. Stir until fully dissolved. Traditionally taken on an empty stomach in the morning.

Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
