The resin is a classical formula: Himalayan shilajit with five herbs named in the classical formulations, finished with edible gold leaf. Every one of them is declared by weight in the composition above.
Shilajit’s fulvic acid is described in Ayurveda as Yogavahi — a carrier substance that the classical texts pair with other herbs within a formulation.
How to take it
A daily ritual.
A pea-sized amount (approximately 300–500 mg) dissolved in warm — not boiling — water, milk, or herbal tea. Excessive heat degrades fulvic acid. Stir until fully dissolved. Traditionally taken on an empty stomach in the morning.
