In Ayurveda the Anupana — the carrier a substance is taken with — is part of the formulation, not an afterthought. Honey is the classical Anupana for shilajit, and it carries this stick.

Each 8 g stick is made with real sea buckthorn fruit puree — the whole fruit, not a flavouring. Sour and bright against the mineral depth of the resin.

How to take it

A daily ritual.

One 8 g stick per day, traditionally in the morning before food. Take the contents directly, or stir into warm — not boiling — water or milk.
