Honey Stick
Shilajit Honey Stick — Strawberry
Strawberry's natural brightness balances Shilajit's mineral depth. In Ayurvedic Rasa theory, the sweet and mildly sour taste profile activates Agni — digestive intelligence — preparing the body to receive Shilajit's Rasayana action.
Suitable for Vata and Kapha constitutions. Pitta types: take with cool water.
[CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH] Ingredients: Shilajit resin (75%+ fulvic acid), honey, natural strawberry flavouring
🍫
Honey Stick
Shilajit Honey Stick — Dark Chocolate
Cacao contains theobromine — a naturally occurring xanthine compound. In Ayurvedic terms, cacao is warming and Vata-pacifying, aligned with Shilajit's own grounding Rasayana energy. Two ancient sources of vitality in one stick.
Particularly suited for Vata and Kapha. Best taken in the morning.
[CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH] Ingredients: Shilajit resin (75%+ fulvic acid), honey, natural dark chocolate flavouring

Pure Resin
Pure Shilajit Resin
Nothing between you and the source. Pure resin, batch-tested against NABL-accredited standards. The classical method: dissolve a pea-sized amount in warm (not boiling) water or milk. This is how Ayurvedic texts prescribed it. This is how it works best.
Vata and Kapha pacifying. Mildly increases Pitta — best combined with cooling water or milk for Pitta constitutions.
Ingredients: Pure Shilajit resin (75%+ fulvic acid). No additives. No artificial flavouring. No preservatives.
How to take it
Classical Ayurvedic guidance
🍯
Honey Sticks
One stick per day. Take in the morning before food if possible — this aligns with Ayurvedic Rasayana protocol, which prescribes rejuvenating substances on an empty stomach to maximise absorption. Consistency over 30 days is the classical measure. Ayurveda does not measure Rasayana effects in days — it measures them in cycles.
⬛
Pure Resin
A pea-sized amount (approximately 300–500mg) dissolved in warm water, warm milk, or warm herbal tea. Not boiling — excessive heat degrades fulvic acid. Stir until fully dissolved. The resin will dissolve completely in warm liquid; incomplete dissolution indicates either too-cool water or an impure product. Take on an empty stomach in the morning.
Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
The testing standard
What NABL means
NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) is India's apex accreditation body, operating under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. NABL accreditation means a laboratory has been independently assessed against international standards (ISO/IEC 17025) for technical competence and measurement traceability.
What each CoA tests for
- Fulvic acid content (%)
- Heavy metals panel: lead (Pb), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd)
- Purity and absence of adulterants
- Batch identification and traceability
Why batch-specific matters
Shilajit quality varies by harvest season, altitude, and geological composition of the source rock. A single generic CoA for an entire product line does not tell you about your specific batch. Ours does.
Frequently asked questions
Is Shilajit safe to take daily?
Shilajit has been used daily in Ayurvedic practice for thousands of years. Our products are food under the Food Act 2014. As with any dietary change, if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult your healthcare provider before starting.
What does Shilajit taste like?
Pure resin has a strong, distinctly mineral, slightly bitter taste — it is the taste of 84+ trace minerals in ionic form. Our honey sticks use natural honey and flavouring to make that intensity approachable without changing what Shilajit fundamentally is.
How is your Shilajit different from cheaper brands?
Three things: altitude, testing, and transparency. Our Shilajit is harvested above 18,000 ft — most commercial Shilajit is sourced significantly lower, which affects purity and mineral density. Every batch has a published NABL CoA. And we disclose the fulvic acid percentage per batch rather than claiming a fixed number across all products.
Your products contain honey — are they suitable for vegans?
Honey is an animal product and our honey sticks are not vegan. We are transparent about this. Honey was chosen because Ayurvedic tradition uses it as the primary Anupana (delivery vehicle) for Shilajit — it is a formulation principle, not merely a flavour choice. Pure Resin contains no honey and no additives, and is suitable for those who prefer to avoid honey.
What does "75%+ fulvic acid" mean?
Fulvic acid is the primary active compound in Shilajit — the fraction most studied for its role in mineral transport and cellular energy. A 75% fulvic acid content means that three-quarters of the bioactive fraction of our Shilajit is fulvic acid. Most commercial Shilajit products do not disclose this number. We do, per batch.
